Luxurious Context

This 698-unit luxury apartment building showcases SH Studio’s interior and amenity designs. Both celebrate the building’s unique Chicago riverfront location and its historic importance to the city, conveyed through the many custom designed SHIIR rugs and bespoke wall murals designed and produced by our own in-house product development teams.

This residential condominium lobby incorporates SH Studio-designed custom seating, custom SHIIR rugs, and a custom glass screen to invigorate users’ entry experience.
