Instead of extraneous rooms, square footage is devoted to highly individualized spaces connected by a glass passageway that joins rooms to one another and to an interior courtyard. Along with stunning mountain panoramas, the glass-lined courtyard evokes the feeling indoors and out are one.
Texture abounds, from plaster walls, stone, walnut shelving, and stained oak millwork to wool and cashmere fabrics, silk-infused SHIIR rugs, custom light fixtures, primitive Asian antiques, and view-framing draperies. All combine to create a sophisticated expression of mountain living.
