The Orchard Private Residences seven-story building is abundant with luxurious design. As Shea Soucie says, “The Orchard Private Residences were designed to live like big family homes. They feature gracious floor plans, spacious outdoor terraces and kitchens large enough to gather your entire extended family for Sunday dinner.”

Senior Designer
A twin who treats herself to flowers for her home every week, Rebecca describes her design style as “warm, tailored, and natural.” She’s inspired by her grandmother, particularly a black-and-white photo of her from the 1920s. “She is dressed in an impeccable seersucker suit and a statement hat band,” she says.
