Seriously, there’s nothing cuter on this earth than the baby goats at Evergreen Lane Farm and Creamery. Look for the Purple Creamery Cottage Shop on the farm path.  Their road sign attached to a big tree simply says, “Cheese.” Some of our favorites are LaMancha Moo, Tribute and Poet’s Tomme. And, their original Chèvres is in the Spring Onion Tarte at Wickwood !  Although we crave Evergreen Lane’s cheeses, honestly, we visit again and again in Spring to frolic with the baby goats.
