Their road sign attached to a big tree simply says, “Cheese.” Some of our favorites are LaMancha Moo, Tribute and Poet’s Tomme. And, their original Chèvres is in the Spring Onion Tarte at Wickwood ! Although we crave Evergreen Lane’s cheeses, honestly, we visit again and again in Spring to frolic with the baby goats.
