Within easy walking distance from Wickwood Inn, you won’t even have to get in your car to see the show!
Felt Mansion Summer Concert Series | This year’s free summer concert series at the Felt Mansion promises to be the best ever and a centerpiece of the Saugatuck music scene this summer. Concerts are Thursday evenings. Doors open at 5:30 and the music begins at 7:00 p.m. With everything from Latin Salsa to Blues, Classic Rock to Reggae, this gorgeous outdoor setting is sure to be a summertime favorite for all.
Music In The Vineyard at Fenn Valley | Start your Saugatuck getaway out right by relaxing at Fenn Valley. Fenn Valley features free, live music all summer long. Thursday nights 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Saturday afternoons 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Enjoy discounted wine or cider by the glass and snacks available for purchase. Or, pack a picnic basket to enjoy.
Music In The Park, Downtown Saugatuck – Wicks Park | Now in its 21st season, Saugatuck’s Music in the Park features a wide range of popular bands playing in Wicks Park Gazebo in Saugatuck. All are welcome to picnic and dance in this family friendly atmosphere. Rain venue is Coral Gables and admission is always free.
Live Music On The Lawn @ Virtue Farm & Cider | Events in the idyllic setting at Virtue Farm are special. Sip a pint of bottle to branch handcrafted cider and enjoy live music on the lawn. Whether it’s The Press Delete or DJ Dr. Joel, you’re sure to savor every last drop and enjoy the last note of Friday nights at Virtue.
Borrowed Time, Music On The Lawn | Lay out a blanket, order a glass of wine or exquisite cocktail, and listen to live music on the lawn. Seating is first-come, first-served for these complimentary shows. Friday evenings 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Saturday afternoons 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., and Sunday afternoons 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Salt Of The Earth House Concerts | I don’t see anything on the calendar for these until September, but … An intimate room that seats about 60, the Sunday evening House Concert Series at Salt of the Earth in downtown Fennville is well worth extending your weekend stay. From the Steel City Rovers to the Sweet Water Warblers, each concert will leaving you clapping your hands and tapping your feet. You can also enjoy a wood-fired pizza and a Michigan draft beer. What could be better?
The What Not Inn | When we go to the What Not, we follow what the driftwood sign says, “Dance Like No One’s Watching!” With an emphasis on jazz, the music at The What Not is not just live, it’s lively … and we love it. Enjoy Saturday and Sunday nights, plus open mic night on Mondays. Why not the What Not?
The Saugatuck Brewing Company | Live music on the patio (indoors if inclement weather) at Saugatuck Brewing Company features local artists and a fantastic draft line up. Sookie Jones, Delilah DeWylde, Fremont John are just a few of the artists featured this summer. SBC is a great spot for catching live Saugatuck music plus there’s cover charge and you should wear your dancing shoes!
The Butler Deck | Listen to the music as you watch the boats go by from the Butler Deck on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays all summer long. Blues and rock from Bar Code, Oregon Dream Child, and J-Dove just to name a few.
Coral Gables Piano Bar & Tiki Bar | Take an easy stroll down the street from Wickwood and join in the fun at Coral Gables. Offering some of the best views in town, Coral Gables features two live music locations and a regular weekend comedy night. Laugh, dance, and enjoy the water all at Coral Gables.
