For Valentine’s we fill the inn with loads of Pink & Red Balloons and Roses galore. Fresh flowers are everywhere. There are Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Rose Champagne for everyone upon arrival.
There’s more Pink Champagne and Candlelight at Evening Sips and Small Plates where we serve a sampling of: Shrimp, house-made Spicy Jalapeno Chutney, fresh Mozzarella atop Crack Crackers, Zucchini Frites with Aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts, Spicy Potato Puffs with house-made Aioli.
During our signature Gourmet Farm to Table Brunch, we’ll be featuring a Rosy Bread Pudding with Velvety Vanilla Sauce, The Best Carrot Cake Ever with Creamy Cream Cheese Topping, Divine Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus Tips, Four Herb Frittata with Fresh Goat Cheese and Spicy Tomato Salsa, and Pistachio and Fennel Breakfast Sausage Patties.
